By submitting a Lawyer Consultation request and completing payment, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms.
1. Consultation Service
VAT-Chantha Law Office provides initial legal consultations covering matters including civil disputes, criminal offenses, commercial disputes, labor, land, marriage and family matters, suspect rights protection, and constitutional matters.
After successful payment, a licensed attorney will contact you using the information provided, generally within one business day.
2. Attorney-Client Relationship
Submitting a consultation request, making payment, or receiving an initial consultation does not by itself create a formal or ongoing attorney-client relationship.
Any continuing legal representation is subject to the firm's review and, where applicable, a separate engagement or retainer agreement.
3. Information You Provide
You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information about your matter.
Any consultation or legal guidance provided is based on the information available at the time. VAT-Chantha Law Office cannot be responsible for consequences resulting from information that is false, incomplete, misleading, or not disclosed.
4. Payment and Refunds
Consultation fees are displayed based on the selected service and location and are payable in USD through ABA PayWay.
Consultation fees are non-refundable once payment has been successfully processed, except where otherwise required by applicable law or determined by VAT-Chantha Law Office.
5. Confidentiality and Privacy
Information and case details submitted through the consultation form will be handled confidentially in accordance with applicable professional obligations and applicable law.
By submitting your information, you agree that VAT-Chantha Law Office may use it to process your consultation request and communicate with you regarding the service.
6. Limitation of Consultation
An initial consultation provides legal guidance based on the specific information and circumstances presented. It does not guarantee any particular legal outcome or result.
The firm may determine whether it is able to accept or continue handling a matter after the initial consultation.
7. Governing Law and Contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Cambodia.
